What are furnished units?
A furnished apartment is one that provides tenants with all the furniture they need to live comfortably, like basic appliances, beds, and a couch. The well-appointed apartments are fully furnished, offering spacious rooms which are tastefully decorated with a kitchenette and dreamy en suite bathrooms, most of which have outside showers. Each room offer guests independence and privacy, with communal areas where you can head off to when you feel like company. This is because you are renting a space that will be furnished by the tenant, whereas with a furnished property, you're renting out the furniture, appliances and other items, too.
