All a location really needs in order to qualify as a wedding venue, is room for a bride, a groom, an officiant, and witnesses to stand, sit, or simply occupy. When booking a wedding venue, many will tell you that they take care of everything on your behalf, but it’s important to know what exactly they take care of. They provide you with a room or rooms in which to host your wedding, the tables and chairs, the linens and dishes, and most probably the catering and the wait-staff. Most of them do not provide anything more than that.
